Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Reservations
Please e-mail the owner for reservations.
Deposit
A non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable not later than 8 weeks prior to the start date. For late bookings the full rental is payable at the time of booking.
Should Government travel restrictions prevent you from travelling you will not lose your deposit and will be offered either a refund or change of holiday date.
Cancellation
60 days – full refund.
Arrival and Departures
All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is from 4.00pm and departure is by 9.30am. There is a keysafe. The code will be given to guests before arrival.
Parking
There is parking for one car by the summer house and additional private parking below the driveway. Parking is clearly signed.
Smoking
We regret that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or summerhouse.
Pets
No pets.
Electricity, Heating
Electricity is included in the rent as are logs for the log burner.
Bed linen, Towels
Bed linen and towels, including beach towels and tea towels are provided.
Telephone
A telephone is provided for the convenience of guests but excessive bills will be charged.
Internet
There is free wi-fi.
Damage Deposit
There is a damage deposit of £500.
Babysitting
This can be arranged. Please contact us for further details.
Guest Obligations
Before your arrival the property is thoroughly cleaned and serviced. Guests are obliged to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.
Guests agree not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description.
Guests agree not to part with any possessions belonging to the property.
Liability
The owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the guest or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any letting
Complaints
We try to take every care to prepare the property to a standard whereby our guests will enjoy their holidays. If a problem or cause for complaint does arise, please let us know immediately. Every effort will then be made to assist you. It is frustrating for all parties if you write after your holiday to tell us about a problem that could have been solved had we known at the time.
